Pin Art

Pin Art is one of those products that anyone who lived through the 80s and early 90s will be familiar with. Simply press an object (or appendage) onto the multitude of blunt pins to create a 3D sculpture whose every contour is faithfully reproduced in all its subtleties. The impression remains intact as long as the device is undisturbed, but the peculiar sensation of the pins, along with the slight, irregular sounds they make when moving, make it as much a toy as a work of art.
