Duck Troy Calypso

Troy Calypso is the secondary antagonist of Borderlands 3 and one of the two leaders of the children of the vault, alongside his sister Tyreen. Troy is a quirk in the series, because it is a man siren, the only one known for having ever existed. His siren powers have been delayed due to its development as a parasitic twin.
